INA Chisinau, December 10, INTERLIC. A referendum will take place in Dnestrovsk on Sunday. The objective of this referendum is to come out from the administrative-territorial subordination of Tiraspol. As INTERLIC reporter reports from Tiraspol, the Dnestrovsk citizens want to form an independent budget and to completely distribute it themselves. Alongside with it, according to Chairman of the Tiraspol City Council Aleksandr Stcherba, the positive results of the referendum cannot serve as a basis for the resolution of this problem. This initiative is to be approved by the Tiraspol City Council, and then by the TMR Parliament.
