Should the world acknowledge Transdniestria as an independent country?

INA Tiraspol, December 23, INTERLIC. Smirnov will cancel the decree: On the Introduction of the reply restrictions in respect of the documents, issued by the state organs of the Republic of Moldova.

As INTERLIC News reporter reports from Tiraspol, the Decree, prohibiting to the Transdniestrian official authorities to accept the documents ? passports, certificates of birth and death, diplomas and other documents, issued in Moldova, was signed by Smirnov on the eve of 2004. All the Moldovan documents had to be legalized in Transdniestria. The issue of this decree was repeatedly discussed at sitting of the Transdniestrian Supreme Council. In the Parliamentaries opinion, the decree confronts with the Transdniestrian Constitution and tramples on the human rights and freedoms.
